Initial Comments:
An onsite follow-up survey completed on 12/7/23, found that Redstone at Home had corrected the deficiencies cited under the requirements of Title 42 CFR, Part 484, Subparts B and C, Conditions of Participation: Home Health Agencies. The deficiencies were cited as a result of an onsite Medicare complaint investigation completed on 10/30/23.
